Legal Executive - Property

Due to growth, we are looking for a legal executive with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing to join our team.  This is a full-time role but we are willing to consider “school” hours for the right candidate.

If you enjoy challenges, thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate well under pressure and pride yourself on being able to deliver outstanding service to your clients then this is the role you have been looking for.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in residential conveyancing to a high standard,
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
  • Able to multitask and set priorities,
  • Be proactive with strong organisational skills,
  • Good diary & file management,
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal,
  • Willingness to expand skill base into other areas of law such as subdivisions and business sales and purchases

Legal Administrator/PA – Le Pine & Co Taupo

Whether you are an experienced legal PA, office administrator or looking to start your career as legal office administrator this could be the role for you.  Do you:

What you’ll do:

  • Support our solicitors with administrative tasks.
  • General typing and collating of documents.
  • Manage files, correspondence, and schedules.
  • Liaise with clients professionally and discreetly.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
